Fall is here which means Winter is fast approaching and we all know what happens in the winter….WEIGHT!!! We can all make excuses as to why we can’t work out or make it to the gym or whatever but let’s be honest….there are no good excuses. The invention of Pinterest has made it next to impossible to have any excuse not to work out so I have decided to compile all of the in home and quick workouts I can find to help us all stay in shape this Winter so we can continue to be sexy through until Summer.
I found this Plank Variations workout which peeked my interest because 1. Planks always ruin my day when working out because I see how out of shape my core is and 2. You don’t need anything but the floor and you to get the most out of planks. The above workout has videos and options for planks you can use to make the most out of your core. I have most definitely been slacking so now that I have found these I really have less of an excuse and now so do you!!
