The 10 Pound Slimdown

I have been trying to get my bikini body back after this horribly eternal winter and besides dieting I have been trying every kind of work out I can. Early in my resolution to get sexy for summer my elliptical broke, this was devastating, I wasn’t completely sure I could find a work out that would keep me interested and get me to my goal in time. I know you might be saying hello get to the gym but for me working out at home is just more effective and efficient for me.
I have Verizon Fios (which I love) and they have Exercise TV and Exercise TV on demand. I decided there had to be something I would at the very least tolerate. I found 10 Pound Slimdown!!
The 10 Pound Slimdown has a core, upper body, lower body, yoga and total body workouts that are all approximately 20 minutes long and you can down load a schedule from Exercise so you can follow the proper workouts all week long.
I have been doing this workout faithfully for about two weeks and I already fit into a few things that definitely didn’t fit so nicely over the winter!
The 10 Pound Slimdown is challenging and offers variety that keeps me interested and wanting more. If you haven’t tried 10 Pound Slimdown yet you should totally try it especially if you are a super busy individual.
