I know I have mentioned before how much I love my Roku but one of my favorite channels is The Daily Burn. I love that you get a 30 day free trial for 1 but that the monthly cost is only $9.99 for unlimited workout videos of any and all kinds you could ever imagine! My favorite classes are obviously yoga but I have found some boot camp and even some kick boxing videos that I really like and never thought I would. Another awesome series The Daily Burn has is their version of Zumba that offers the widest variety of dance classes ever! I was sweating up a storm after one of the 15 minute club videos! It was great! The work out did just as much as an hour class would have, I didn’t feel lazy or cheated. I wanted to make the most out of the 15 minutes I did have.
The Daily Burn allows you to choose work outs that are specific to your tastes as well as schedule. If you only have 15 minutes to work out now you really have no excuse not to. Even a 15 minute workout with The Daily Burn really packs a punch. The trainers vary from all types of backgrounds in fitness, education, training, personality and workout styles. I like this because it feels like you are never in the same class twice.
Besides not having an excuse for time now you have no reason to be without a location. You can download the app on your phone, tablet, computer, laptop, mp3 player you name it! You can take a workout with you every where you go like work, vacation, the park, school….NO EXCUSES! This virtually, pardon the pun, eliminates any excuse you could ever have not to work out other than just plain not wanting to doing it.
I am definitely one for the I have no time or place excuse but now The Daily Burn has made a liar out of me which is some what disappointing/encouraging. If you can’t make this work than you really just don’t want to get into shape. You really have to be ready and more importantly you really have to be willing to put in the work other wise there is no point.
